Our flagship Big Gin London Dry, rests for four months in Peated Single Malt barrels. These barrels are only used once then passed on to breweries for experimental batches.
Tasting Notes
Vegetal, earthy greens, resinous wood, preserved lemon. Bitter orange & warm spices envelope the mouthfeel. This Peat Barreled gin embodies the experience of the great outdoors, with the juniper & wood playing well off each others’ most outstanding, rich characteristics.
